1. Preamble<\/h3>

These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website Graphiasi<\/b> ...as well as all PowerPoint presentation design and layout services offered by Graphiasi to its clients (hereinafter referred to as \"the Client\"), whether they are professionals (large agencies, companies) or individuals (PhD students, researchers). By placing an order or using our services, the Client unconditionally accepts these terms.<\/p>

2. Description of Services<\/h3>

Graphiasi is an agency specializing in the creation, visual optimization, and layout of PowerPoint presentations (or other presentation formats). Our services include, but are not limited to:<\/p>

  • The creation of custom designs.<\/p><\/li>

  • The integration of corporate graphic charters.<\/p><\/li>

  • Visual optimization of complex data (popular science for theses, financial reports, etc.).<\/p><\/li>

  • Redesigning existing presentations.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    3. Orders and Quotes<\/h3>

    All services are subject to a prior, free, and non-binding quote, prepared based on the brief or documents provided by the Client. The order is considered firm and final upon receipt by Graphiasi of the signed quote (electronically or handwritten) and the required deposit.<\/p>

    4. Prices and Payment Terms<\/h3>

    Our service prices are listed on the quote, taking into account the complexity, volume, and required deadlines. Unless otherwise stated on the quote:<\/p>

    • A deposit of 30 %<\/b> The full amount is required upon order confirmation to begin the service.<\/p><\/li>

    • The balance is payable upon delivery of the final version of the presentation.<\/p><\/li>

    • Payments are made exclusively by bank transfer<\/b> (Graphiasi's bank details will be provided on the quote and\/or invoice).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      5. Confidentiality<\/h3>

      Confidentiality is a major commitment for Graphiasi. We are aware of the sensitivity of the data processed (financial data from agencies, unpublished research results from PhD students).<\/p>

      • Graphiasi undertakes to maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding all information, documents, data and concepts transmitted by the Client.<\/p><\/li>

      • No data will be shared, sold or disclosed to third parties without the Client's prior written consent.<\/p><\/li>

      • Graphiasi is available to sign any specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) required by the Client before the start of the service.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        6. Intellectual Property<\/h3>

        • Customer Content:<\/b> The Client guarantees that it has all intellectual property rights to the texts, images and data provided to Graphiasi for integration into the presentations.<\/p><\/li>

        • Transfer of rights:<\/b> The intellectual property rights to the final presentation (design, layout, custom-created graphic elements) are transferred to the Client only after full payment<\/b> of the invoice.<\/p><\/li>

        • Distribution rights:<\/b> Graphiasi refrains from using the presentations produced for promotional purposes (portfolio) without the express written authorization of the Client, in order to preserve the confidential nature of the work.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          7. Delivery Times and Revisions<\/h3>

          Delivery deadlines are specified in the quote. Graphiasi commits to making every effort to meet these deadlines, provided that the Client supplies all necessary information in a timely manner. The quote includes a defined number of rounds of minor revisions. Any major revisions or modifications to the initial structure requested after the brief has been approved may be subject to additional charges.<\/p>

          8. Responsibility<\/h3>

          Graphiasi is committed to providing a professional-quality service. However, Graphiasi cannot be held liable for any errors in the texts or data provided by the Client. It is the Client's responsibility to review and approve the content of the final presentation before any public or academic use.<\/p>

          9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/h3>

          These general terms and conditions are governed by Tunisian law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or termination of a contract, and failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts shall be those of Monastir.<\/p>
